Suspension Rebuild

Hey guys. . . My brother in law has a 1987 CR 250 that needs a little attention in the suspension area. Both front and rear suspenders are stock Honda units, but need to be rebuilt, recharged, and resprung for his weight and riding style.
My question to you guys. . . Who would be the best to send these units too?? We live in So. California if that helps at all. Like I said before, were just looking to have the forks and shock rebuilt and sprung for his weight. Any ideas??

Your gonna spend 450-600 bucks for that! Big bucks for that old a bike. I'd sell the bike and take the difference and apply it to something newer.
