Easy Way to change Fork Oil ?

Is there an easy way to change fork oil on a 04' KX85 ? I have been removing then forks from the triple trees and turning them upside down and pumping them to get all the oil out.
Is there a way to change it without disassembling the fronk forks like I described ?

I guess I must be doing it the only way it can be done. As I haven't gotten any suggestions or tricks.
