Hey Guys,
This is probably the same old standard question you get from many newbies but, I am moving from NYC to Vegas. My house is away from the strip and nestled up against the mountains with plenty of trails. I also dont want to have to trailer it and would like to use it to get around town ... I have ridden before on and off but now want to purchase my first bike. I don't know to much about them mechanically and I am wondering which of the 3 bikes people prefer.
#1 2005 Suzuki DR650SE $4,999.00
#2 2005 Honda XR650L $5,799.00
#3 2005 Kawasaki KLR650 $5,199.00
I don't know how much of difference it would make, but vegas can get pretty damn hot and the Kawasaki is the only water cooled bike out of em. I owned several snowmobiles and it made a big difference to have water cooled. I drop a cylinder in the middle of frozen lake with an air cooled sled and the water cooled sleds where flying by me all day .. I DONT WANT THAT BS AGAIN!
Hope my question isnt too lame and look foward to as many replies as possible.
