Milky Oil

I bought this '90 200 & it runs awesome. It goes balls out and pops wheelies like crazy. Almost always starts first kick, so life is good, right?.....
The odometer says 1300 miles, although it had a brand new cable so who knows... I have put about 200 mi on it and have changed the oil 5 times (10w40). It continues to come out looking like Bailey's Irish Creme.
Is this most likely just a gasket problem or is it probably something more serious? I plan on a complete rebuild this winter so if its a gasket, no big deal. Thanks in advance.

ok, did a little research and thought I would add this: It is milky even after sitting a long time, and I have not been in any water... guess I better check that waterpump seal...
