02rm125 or 02rm250

i was looking at bike this past weekend and found a 02 rm125 and a 02 rm 250 i had bikes before im 6,1 190 pounds which would be better the 125 looks perfect the 250 has a couple dents in the pipe but thats it they both are $2,000 which should i get
