ok so i ordered graphics from graphicmx.com over 2 months ago... still don't have them.. i've called the company 4 times, sent numerous emails... havent had a reply or the chance to talk to a real person yet... have i just lost my money and i'm not getting my graphics? is the company still around? are they just a big scam? i'm starting to think they are... does anyone from that company visit this message board? i'd really like to try and get my money back even though it's probably a lost cause....

I wouldn't go by THAT thread--that was a big, long, weird story and sounds like there were at least two sides if not more.
Are they not answering their phone? Do you get voicemail or a secretary? I'd keep after it, maybe cancel the order if they don't come through.

I found myself in the same predicament that you are in. I ordered graphics from them, paid for them and 2 months later no graphics. Sent multiple e-mails and left multiple phone messages, ended up having my bank get my money back as I'd used my debit card. I've ordered from them twice before and got good service and product, I expected better than this. Kelly

I got a custom set made for mt '05 ATK 450MX this last march, and didn't have any problems.

To protect yourself you need to dispute the charge with your credit card before 60 days. If the graphics come through, you can always cancel the dispute.

Folks,
I'd wish I'd seen this thread earlier. I ordered on or about 22 Aug and my card was charged. I received an email thanking me for my order on 25 Aug. I know it hasn't been very long, but I had some questions and they haven't returned any calls or emails. I contacted USAA services and although I know USAA will put the thump on them, I can't get the time back I've lost waiting. Anyone use Xtreme GraphiX?

Here's what their website says,
"Due to utility problems we have been shut down for a period of time, causing a delay in our response to phone calls/emails and the fulfillment of orders. We are now back and are fulfilling orders as quickly as we are able. We apologize for the inconvenience."

I have a set pf those on my KDX... no complaints there either..
I'da ordered more from them but they didn't make anything for my '05 atk450

Oh, and by-the-way, thanks for nothing, beating out on the auction for the blue rear rim!

I looked into buying some graphics from graphicsmx and emailed for info but never received a reply, so I sent a 2nd email w/ no reply then after a 3rd try I received info that said they are no longer in business and it directed me to another website.

I got some from them awhile back with no problem and good graphics, tried to do it again a couple months ago and had problems, No response, I gave up and went with another Company
I think he's toast, kaput, gone, no more.........I think

Hi
I have oredered custom stickers from graphicmx several times with no delay or any other problems. Last delivery was in 2004. The e-mail stopped for a while, but they came back after some months. Last order was released april 2005, but still I have no reply. As I have ordered several times they did not ask for pre payment, so I will not loose any money.
I can see on a thread below that graphicmx is not in business, what about the web then.
