siezed yz250f

i came across a 03 yz250f w/ a siezed motor. says can't kick it over. it had a top end done since new but hasn't checked valves since. what do you think it would be worth. and how much do you think it would take to get it back to running condition?

There is no way to know what it would take to get it in running order until you tear it completely apart. Four-stroke engines don't just "seize" like two-strokes, so if it's locked up it could have some fairly serious issues.
