Little help: Don't know anything about this Honda CRF450.....so what do I do, bought it.

I have had and ridden only two strokes and for the past five years, 250's. I do 50/50 MX and trail, and want to "dial this in"

Any tricks to set up? rear sprocket, fuel screw, chain tension, and that damn air filter, etc.
