Is the KTM 525 Good

I am 5'9" and weigh about 150 lbs.
I ride agressivly.
I mainly ride trails and in my friends 28 acre back yard.
I am not a beginner. I have owned a Kawasaki Mojave, CR 125, and a YZ 250 (current bike).
I need to know if a Ktm 525 would be a good upgrade and if i converted it to a street legal machine would it work out alright?

Also, is anyone looking to buy a 2000 YZ 250 that lives in Michigan???
