tech 8 inserts?

just got another pair of t8's the soles have the "replaceable insert" logo on them but no screws anywhere showing, and the insert looks bonded on? am i missing something..my old t8's had two screws in the arch for the insert

just found the answer to my own question in the rockymtn catalog, the boots from mfg date 04+ have a glued in place insert and prev years have fasteners.
