Spring recommendation for an 01 CR250R

Hi folks. I want to stiffen up my rear suspension with a new spring (I'm 6', 215lbs, and the bike feels slow and mushy). I know most of the manufacturers have spring rate calculators, but has anyone had any better or worse results with these manufacturers i.e .MX tech, Race-tech, etc? I.e. who should I buy from?
