Need new riding gear and helmet..looking to go from Oneal to Fox...

I'm a long time Oneal user, but lately, I'm starting to think the new Fox gear may be slightly better stuff. I need new gear because I've lost 38 lbs and my current stuff is just too big, mainly the pants. I'm eyeballing the Fox 360 pants, Flexair Jersey and glove. Does anyone have the 06 versions of these?? If so, how do you like them?
Also, I need to retire my 4 year old HJC CLX4 helmet. If I go with the Fox riding gear, I'd like to grab a Fox Pro Pilot helmet. It seems to be packed with decent features and $175 LESS than the new V3.
Any suggestions, recommendations? Any other brands to consider for better stuff?

I just scored an AGV AX-6 helmet from Dennis Kirk for about $160. They had some other colors on closeout for cheaper but the black/white/silver I got was full price. It is almost identical to the older fox pilot's. AGV designed and built the original fox pilots. It seems to be about the same quality and weight as Fox, HJC, etc.

just for kicks, look to the left and click the Answer Racing or MSR logos. Check that stuff out. Or click the MX/S logo and they have lots to choose from.
