Setting for New rider?

Hello all, I'm new to dirt biking, so figuring out suspension setups are out of my leage at the moment.
I have a YZ250F, I weigh 145 pounds and i am 6 foot. (I am growing pretty quickly but i have stayed at this weight for about a year now) I feel i may be a little under the weight that the machince was setup for stock and would like to change the setting but i don't know where to start. Could anybody please give me some tips or possible settings or Anything.

Your weight is right in the target range. You should be just fine with nothing more than a few clicker changes. Make sure you write down where the clickers are set before you start changing, so you can return there if neccessary.
