No Mobil 1 ATF in Philippines!

Hi All,
Mobil 1 ATF is not available here in the Philippines, but I am able to get a "generic" ATF type C4... can I use that in my forks?

The main reason those of us that like to recommend Mobil ATF is that it is a 100% synthetic fluid. If the ATF you are considering is not synthetic you could do just as well with a 7wt fork fluid most likely. You could use the "generic" fluid and probably save money over the fork fluid though too. Certianly the ATF you are considering won't hurt anything, go for it.
