Who would you have do the porting and or big bore work on your 2-stroke? No, not a trick question... everyone please respond... Thanks!

Posted by: rm_racer---------------------

Eric Gorr. No, Im not just saying that to be nice, either.

Posted by: nikki---------------------

If I was paying for it, Eric Gorr. I like the fact that you would get personal service, not some assembly line type of deal from some guy getting paid $10 an hour. Plus I like the fact that Eric has been building engines since before I was born!

If it was fantasy land, maybe Mitch Payton, just thinking back to all of the KX 125 championships for Pro Circuit/Splitfire... and the production KX 125's were always kinda dogs, but he made them rockets.

Posted by: robwbright---------------------

Ummm is there even a question . . .

Eric Gorr. Price, Performance, Service.

Posted by: Chili---------------------

The only person who has ever done work for us is Eric. There was a time when I was curious to have Bill's Pipes build an engine when they were doing the Zook 125's back in 01/02.

Posted by: splatt---------------------

Eric Gorr. Who else?

Steve

Posted by: Okiewan---------------------

Please keep this on topic. Thanks!

Posted by: robwbright---------------------

You could make it a poll Okiewan . . .

Option A: Eric Gorr

Option B: Anyone else.

Posted by: evenslower---------------------

Eric.

Posted by: bordrshane---------------------

Chris Gosselers old man.

Posted by: kirkray1---------------------

Eric Gorr..Loving the low-mid porting....great service and a nice guy..

Posted by: KXtrailrider---------------------

Eric did my 310 and it's great. Never had a bigbore before but got just what I hoped for. He's a great guy also. May get another one done before July for a spare. Sorry to see Foward Motion ending. Ed

Posted by: Okiewan---------------------

Forward Motion isn't ending, just taking a vacation....

Posted by: 2-Strokes 4-ever---------------------

Gorr sounds like he has many happy customers.
Terry Varner of Varner Motorsports did woods cylinder and head work to my pinging, violent hitting 03 RM250.......now it runs clean, has a more friendly delivery, and has the torque needed to lug my way through low traction situations.....and it's faster!

Posted by: 22703---------------------

i to am a firm believer of terry varner.he's awesome with the honda motors hes done for me.but hey everybody has an opinion.

Posted by: SirHilton17---------------------

Eric Gorr, or Greg Sands gets my pick

Posted by: RM_guy---------------------

Eric.

Posted by: cnielse5---------------------

EG is the way to go.

Posted by: crazy4nitro---------------------

Eric Gorr's MO' BETTA....

Crazy4nitro

Posted by: SFO---------------------

My short list...
#1 EG
#2 Dale Lineaweaver
#3 Mike Weinandt

Posted by: MX-727---------------------

Eric all the way. Besides, he's a major part of DRN and so is this bike. It's a chance to show off our forum and our members, thus Eric.

I've seen a few messed up by Pro Circuit.

Posted by: YZ165---------------------

Eric and Rich.

Posted by: GETMETOCA---------------------

Eric and Rich - YES.

Posted by: mylesc---------------------

E.G.'s mo betta works for me

Posted by: 70 marlin---------------------

First I'd talk to AF and Eric and find out if the bike really needs it? just don't screw up the 500's low end grunt with some rev porting!

You've GOT to ride a CR500 after Eric works on it...
