I need to change seals and need advice on fork oil brand, weight and level for 185lb. off-road rider.

CJKTM,
I'd run a high quality fork fluid, or Mobil 1 ATF.. Run the ht @ 90-100mm and run your compression and rebound 3-5 clicks softer.
