Milw WI area rider looking for new home track

Hi there,
I live in the milw WI suburb area and I am looking for a private local track to ride at in return for working on the track etc.....
My friends private track closed due to the land being sold and I am looking for a new place to ride. I know everyone is hesitent to invite new riders over to their track. However, I would classify myself as one of those you know that knows the risk of riding and would never hold any owner responsible, I would be there when any work needs to be done, I am the one that always seems to be cutting grass or branches or picking rocks, I am the one that stops by even though I am not riding to ensure nothing is going on that shouldn't be. Ok, enough of the sales pitch, I hope you get the idea. -Brian
