School Assignment Help Please!

Okay, so here's the deal. I have an assignment where I have to find an article about a product that has failed, or a product that is successful, but it has to be an article ON THE WEB.

I am having a terrible time with this. I've tried all different search criteria such as "consumer products", "failed consumer products", "product failure", "consumer product reports", etc...none of them are coming up with an actual article regarding anything.

Can anyone help me find a website that lists articles that may help me? I'd prefer to do this on a product that has failed, but I'll do it on a successful product if I have to.

Thanks in advance guys.

Too bad that the AMA's method of marketing MX/SX racing- great example of failure

How about Cannondales attempt at making MX bikes in the US

the Faastco spoke wrench? Not sure if it's a failure or not, but Will Pattison didn't fall in love with it . . .

Why not try something on the Firestone tires that came on some of the Ford vehicles a few years ago? There's got to be an online article about that.

Another option would be David Pingree's broken triple clamps at a Supercross race a few years ago.

Here's one I became aware of recently since the wife and I were shopping for a new washer and dryer:

Otherwise, the site itself looks like a good source for other ideas.

For the failed product, do a search on KXF450
For the successful, search on YZ450F

Okay guys I did it! After reading your ideas, I came up with one of my own (thanks to your inspirations).

I used a TWMX article about the Man Funnel! http://www.transworldmotocross.com/...,646290,00.html

I hope I get an A!

Unfortunately, that one is probably pre-Web.

A superb product indeed Also, one that I know of is not moto related. Alpha Bits recently reformulated their cereal to be less sugar and whole grain inspired and kids hated it. Failure.
