Based on other peoples opinions in this forum. They said they worked very good. BTW they put honda springs in the front end too!

yes honda springs fit. I bought stock pads for $30 for my 01 kdx. I bought them in july. They are really good in my opinion and they still have a ton of life considering i went riding everyday.
