boyesen power valve cover for cr250 does it work?

boyesen makes a power valve cover that adds a little more air volume, and it fits a cr250,., will that give a noticable increase in bottom power like a kdx has? anyone got tried it?

I tried one for my 99 cr250 a few years ago. I did notice a small improvement in bottom end response. I picked one up on the auction site for about $20. It was worth it for what I spent, but not much more.
