i am 5'10 230 pounds, i used to race in the woods on a 125, i am wanting to get back in to racing, i am agressive, what king of bike should i get ( i will be racing enduros and harescrambles.) ( also ia 15)

KTM250 or 300XC-W or GasGas DE250 or 300.

If you are racing enduro's KTM is pretty much the only option.
Since you are agressive, the 250XCW sounds like the ticket, or the KTM 300 if you like to short shift it (makes TONS of torque). Don't count out the KTM 200 either, compared to that 125 MX'er you were racing, this thing is built for the woods.
Let's not forget that woods racing does not allow the same unfair advantage to 4t's as MX racing does. That means that a 250F will have to compete head to head against the 250 two-strokes.

I really think at your weight you'd enjoy the extra power of a 250 or 300 two-stroke. If you want a thumper then I suggest looking at bikes in the 400-450cc range.
