Front Tire Size Question

Will a 90/90/21 ok as a front tire for my bike? I'm wondering about the width. . .

BTW it's a Pirelli MT83 I got for $30 new. Any opinions as to size and quality?
I'll have to check again, but I believe the tire on the bike now is a 100/90/21.

It probably a 80/100-21 on the bike now and a 90/90 is OK to use.
