Fouled plug info?

Hey guys!

Just wondering if anyone knows about a fouled plug. Other than having a fouled plug. What makes them a fouled plug and can a fouled plug be cleaned up and re-used?

A plug is considered fouled when the tip becomes wet or gets covered with oil or carbon deposits and the voltage finds the quickest path to ground (usually the side of the plug). I wouldn't bother cleaning or glass beading it, just replace it.
