what are good suspension settings for a 2004 yz250?
i ride mostly east coast woods with a little motocross,right now i believe they are at the factory settings,and are extremely stiff for off road,im 170 lbs.
any help would be great.

full soft on compression is probably the best you will get it for off road work.
