Fork Seal Question

I'm about to replace the fork seals on my 97' yz125..just finished reading through the manual and attempting to understand everything involved before i tackle it..my question is...
1. I already have what is called the "fork seal", i think what it is, is the oil seals..should i also replace the "dust seals" while i have it torn apart?
2. do i really need to go out and buy the damper rod holder and the split fork seal driver

Yes replace the dust seals.
No don't buy the damper rod holder.
As for the split fork seal driver depends on how good you are with your hands, you can do the job with out it( good thing to have a seal driver ) but make sure you dont mess the seals.
