I weight 90kg. Maybe someone can explain what should i consider setting my suspension. Which settings should i use, i`m still beginner, so please help.

well, all the bikes are for riders with about 75-80kg. what you need are stiffer springs.

The problem is that it`s a secondhand bike. Maybe there are allready stiffer springs. How can i control if i have stiffer or the original sprins?

on the rear you see it when setting the sag:
