It is official - James "Bubba" Stewart signs a new lease during his recent trip to Dallas, TX where it was agreed that he may occupy space in Ricky Carmichael's head. Ricky officially agreed to the inking of the deal on Saturday night after James passed him in short time in the main event. Despite Ricky's best efforts to negate this lease agreement; it was obvious that the ink would soon be dry on the contract.
The exact details of this lease agreement are unknown, but witnesses have stated that Bubba has already started moving in and he appears to be occupying a large portion of Mr. Carmichael's head. The duration of this lease agreement is unknown; however it looks as if this could be a long-term occupancy.
It is speculated that now that Mr. Carmichael's valuable cranial real estate has been opened up and is on the rental market, that other renters will soon be leasing space there as well. Witnesses have observed a Mr. Chad Reed performing due diligence and considering renting a spot in Ricky's head along side of Mr. Stewart's. Stay tuned as this story unfolds.

This contract must be for SX only.......I see it being only a short-lived fantasy when the "men" are facing two 30 minute motos.
