1997 kx250 shock

On my KX250 the rear shock sounds squishy and does not provide much resistance. I think that the shock is bad because it feels like the spring is doing most of the work. Do I need to get the shock rebuilt or is there a way to refil it. The suspension was done by mx-tech a few years ago.

Shock seals are pron to leaking, and the oil gets contaminatied after a few years its defenitly due for a rebuild.
