Compression-screw problem

I got a Yamaha YZ125 06
Yesterday I was adjusting the compression at the front fork.
Then I heard a sound and after that I couldn`t adjust the compression!
The screw goes around and I can hear the clicks but the compression doesn`t change!
I heard the sound when I was tightening the screw.
What can be wrong?

Sounds like you snapped the comp adjuster needle. You'll have to disassemble and replace as needed.
