How do you post pics?

John

You need to have a web host to put the pictures on then link to them. Most ISP's provide you with a small amout of web space as part of your account, if not there is free sites like photobucket.

Resized For you

Posted by: Chili---------------------

Nice stuff. Thanks for sharing.

Posted by: Okiewan---------------------

Know how to resize them?
700 wide is the preferred size, so not to blow out the page width.
Nice pics.

Posted by: justice29---------------------

No, I don't know how to resize....fill me in and I'll re-post.

Thanks,

John

Resized for you

Posted by: justice29---------------------

I think I can resize them in photoshop, what size should I make them?

Posted by: Okiewan---------------------

For jpg images... max width=700, max height=800
Thanks!

Posted by: justice29---------------------

deleted to resize

Posted by: justice29---------------------

When I go to resize in photoshop it gives me an option for width and height in inches and a pixel resolution option.....

Posted by: Chili---------------------

Not sure what version you are using but in CS2 go to image--->Image Size and then in the Pixel Dimensions box set your max size on the long side (height or width) to however many pixel you want it resized to ie 700 pixels. Make sure constrain proportions is checked at the bottom so you don't stretch or skew the file. Then save the resized image, I usually save at #7 for quality for anything web posted to make the size smaller and faster loading.

Posted by: Okiewan---------------------

if you see inches instead of pixels, click that and change it to pixels.

Posted by: justice29---------------------
