What Bike Should I Get?

I need help picking out a bike and I was wondering what kind of bike I should get.

1) I am about 5'9" and weight 150lbs. (I'm not fat, just muscular)
2) I'm a chick
3) I have never riden before
4) I don't plan on racing
5) I'll be riding with my friends out in feilds or on trails

Well since your tall enough i would say go for a 125 2 stroke ( yz,sx,rm,cr,kx ) or a 250 four stroke ( yz250f, rmz250, kx250f, yz250f, i dont know what ktm's is ) I made the mistake of buying a bike that was perfect size for me when i started then i got really bored with it. So i would always say go bigger so you can grow into it.

Those bikes are a LOT for someone that's never ridden before. Why suggest a motocross bike to a noob that'll be:

5) I'll be riding with my friends out in feilds or on trails

Look at TTR's, CRFs (not "R") and KDXs.

Because eventually she will grow out of them... Hell i grew out of my ttr in like 4 months. Also it's called respect the bike and it's power and you will be fine

if youve never idden before go for the offroad bike not the motocross like okie said. Thats what I did and it worked out fine

if she isnt going 2 be racing she really doesnt need a race bike.
she is riding in fields.
a ttr/crf 230 or a ttr 250 would probably be just fine.
