Where is the long Jetting post that everyone refers to?

I am looking for the "emergency RB carb jetting thread ." I have seen this referenced numerous times. I looked in the archives and have seached the entire site for this phrase without success.

I would like to learn more about jetting and this seems to be the definitive thread.

Can anyone help?

For jetting links discussion thread click here

You gotta read the posts carefully. Sometimes they contain links which are not immediately obvious until you place your mouse cursor over them.

Yep..there are links there...and when you click on some of them you get the same 'page not found' complaint that you get when you look for the thread he is referring to.

Well, THAT link gets you, 'No Thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the webmaster.'

There was a time the thread ID changed after a system upgrade/crash/something or other but it could still be found.

I think it's gone now.

Look through any thread with a post from fishhead and you will likely learn something.

I believe I have the whole thread printed out at home. If you're interested, drop me a line and I'll mail you a copy.

Well..if I can find it.

...don't hold your breath on that one.........

**edit**
Do a search for posts by James Dean. You will find good information there, too.

..but not the post you're asking about.

Ok you newbs here is the 62 page kdx jetting gospel according to fishhead, James Dean, acutemp and CC.

linky

Notice James practically nails it at about page 4-5 and it takes a few weeks for us mortals to catch up in the lab.

Save your own copy for your records.

Pay attention, you will be graded later.

You are my hero!!

I found pieces and parts in my 'stuff', but not enough of it to make sense as a standalone.

..saved as directed.

Thanks!!
