I saw this ad for a 2000 TTR-125L.
2000 YAMAHA TTR125L, orig owner, tag handlebars, K&N filter, big gun exh, new plastics, & paddle tire, runs great, must sell, $1500obo

What do you guys think is a good price for it?

Paddle on the TTR? 9-10 HP. Why?
I'd pass. It's too many $ as well.

Posted by: johng723---------------------

I think he said he'd sell it for $1300, but my it's for my GF who's 5'6, 110lbs. I don't think we'd be using the paddle anyway because I don't ride in the sand a lot

It would make me nervous that someone would even think about putting a paddle on a TTR-125.

yea and 5'6"? im 54, and way too big for it. trust me, i have one lol

Posted by: psd---------------------

It's for his gf though lol lol A smaller bike may suit her better lol lol

Sounds too pricey to me, and the fact that they have a paddle for it would definitely scare me away.

Posted by: Poptart---------------------

yeah. for $1300 you could get an '04 or in my area an '05. in good condition. i'de pass on this one.

I think they run around $2500 new...it's almost 7yrs old already. Pass..

Actually, it's a perfect beginner's bike, male or female. This one just happens to be over-priced and used for something it wasn't intended.
