Stock Gas Mileage of XRL and DRZS?

Getting a dual sport wanting ether a DRZ400S or a XR650L, does anyone know what the gas mileage of these bikes is stock?

I don't own one, but I did some research on the DRZS and came up with roughly 50mpg's reported across the net in different places. Can't help you with the XRL, though.

XRL is about 42 average. A little better (2 mpg maybe) if ridden very cautiously, and a whole lot less if you flog it.

suzuki reported that the DRZ can get or gets 65 mpg.. But who knows where they did this at or what speed..

I have a XR250L all stock except K&N filter. Last time I checked it was 68 MPG. I never go over 60 mph with it. Majority is steady 50 mph 9 miles round trip to work.
