I´m picking up my new bike tomorrow and don´t know the best alround setting for the fork and rear: i´m 76 kg, 178 cm

I'm not sure what the factory settings are for the bikes in Sweden, but the U.S. setup is pretty good from the factory for around a 170 pound rider doing moto. You will have to experiment to find the settings that suit you best. You may not have do anything. Remember to let the forks and shock break in before adjusting as they will be a little stiff when new.

when i got to the place to pick up the bike i got suspisious on the label on the box so i open it and found i WR instead of my YZ.....
really pist to have to wait more...
