Thor Impact Rig

Anybody had experience with that new Thor Impact Rig (SE)? I was recently injured in a race (fracture in top of my humerus) and have been looking into something with some shoulder protection which might absorb the impact from a fall, that is if anything the like exists. The Thor Sentinel I was wearing didn't really do much, haha. I'm in the process of selling that worthless piece. It didn't even really cover much area for roost protection.
