could someone tell me stock suspen sets?

i was looking through my honda service manual and out of every thing they talk about the one thing they don't have are stock suspension settings. or even how many clicks you have to play with. does any one know what the stock settings and how manny there are for a 93 xr600 for the forks and the rear shock? any help is greatly appreciated.
