Anyone else think it looks like JS is just cruising around? Maybe it's just the video, but the pace seems down from a typical National.
Notice towards the end, JS clears a triple, others are doubling it.

Bubba Stewart wins the first qualifyingheat in Great Britain:
James Stewart took the holeshot in front of Stefan Everts, Seb Pourcel, Billy MacKenzie and David Philippaerts. Josh Coppins started in about seventh position. In the first lap Pourcel found a way by Everts and took over second position. David Philippaerts made a mistake as well and dropped back from fifth to tenth position. James Stewart had a gap of four seconds at the end of the first lap.
Stewart ran away from Pourcel and Everts and had a gap of ten seconds after only four laps. In the middle of the race Everts passed Pourcel back and tried to stay as close as possible with Stewart.
In the second part of the moto Stefan Everts started to close the gap with Stewart and was every lap 0,5 seconds faster as the Kawasaki rider but Bubba recognized this and started to pick up the pace again. He controlled the race for the rest of the moto and won the race in front of Everts and Billy MacKenzie.
Seb Pourcel rode a long time in third position but he had to lower the pace because of a problem with his frontwheel. He finally finished in eight position but rode a strong race.

2 Everts
3 MacKenzie
4 Coppins
5 Leok
6 Nagl
