What to do?

I am servicing my wp43mm forks for the first time in 3 yrs. I just recently started to have a slight leak from my seals. I have already disassemled the forks and the oil was really dirty. My ? is what should I replace and what should I reuse?
I guess I should try to be more specific of the parts that are in question: fork seals,dust seals,a couple of rubber O rings that I found on the base valve,the 3 metal parts I found by the seal; 1 looks like a washer the other 2 look like collars.
Oh yea should I clean the base valve and the O rings on it with some kind of solvent?
