05 kx 250 fork oil quantity

hi, whats the best fork oil amount (outer) for an 05 kx250 75-80 kg rider. i know std is 90 mm. do you measure that with outer pulled right down?

you know std is 90mm ? it's a closed cartridge fork where it's almost impossible to measure the fork oil level. By the way, I run 310cc in the outer chamber (range is 280 to 320cc)
