any info on the iCat spark enhancer

i was told by one guy that the iCat spark enhancer was pretty good on a yz125 and i was wandering if anyone had one and how much of a differance it made and is it worth 190.00 dollars. would it be better to just get a pipe or reeds. thanks for your help.
