PLEASE help a south american out..What bike?

Hi guys!!. I am a Colombian looking to buy a first bike….I used to ride about 5 years ago in my friends Xr200 and after that in a friends xr400, but actually did not ride that much. Right now I am 22 and looking to start riding once again
OK. Here it goes:
1) your physical size: I am 5’9 and 159lbs
2) How physical / aggressive are you ?I workout about 3 times a day/ I would say 10 out of 10….Just a little story about me, used to do mountain bike downhill and ended up about two times in the hospital cause of big jumps that I did, (as you are probably thinking right now those jumps did not end so well)
3) what do you plan to ride- mostly tracks but some woods as well.
4) Do you have any riding experience? Rode a long time ago a xr200 mainly, but not really
5) Do you think you will race ? nope.
6) Are you mechanically inclined and will you be doing your own bike work? Yeah.
7) Do YOU have a preferance to a brand/ motor choice (2 or 4 stroke)? I kinda have been looking to 2 stroke.
8) Do you have a dealer close by your home that you might use and what brand(s) does he carry? yeah
9) How much do you plan to spend on a bike? Right now I have about $4500 but keep in mind that down here bikes are much more expensive.
Please keep in mind that I will buy this bike and probably will not be able to buy a new one in a long time (that’s why I am willing to spend a bit more on this bike), so please keep this in mind when you give me your opinions. Some people have told me that I would do great in a 250 two stroke and I am sort of inclined to do that, but waiting to hear from people that actually know.

A 250 two stroke would fit you well. Maintenance is not to bad and parts are relatively cheap. I'm about the same size, a bit taller but the same weight. I'm maybe a 6 outof 10 on the fitness. I advice the two-stroke because you said you want to ride track and trails. If you are going to do more track riding, a 250F maybe a better choice. I'm mostly a trail rider and the two stroke really fits my style. On the track though, I like the 250F, very fun, very fast. Hope this helps a bit. Whatever you get, enjoy!
