too rebound

hi, i am matteo and i come from Italy and i have revalved my fork and i have resolved the bottoming problem but now the fork rebound too quincly even if the adjuster is all the way turned off(all clickers in), i dont understand why....is it possible that the base valve stack inflence the rebound of the fork?especially at the end of a long and fast section the handelbar move to left to the right(headshake??)especially when i brake.......my bike is a yz 125 2002 and the shim stack of the fork is:
