450R Tunning for Jericho Sand Dunes

Is there anyone who has a Honda 450R that they have tuned to ride great at the Jericho Sand Dunes. I just installed the HRC and a #180 Jet with the clip in the center position, but it didn't run as smooth as I was expecting. Please let me know what is working for you.
