Whats the best for my RMZ 450, a k&n or just oem.

If you ride in the dirt DO NO use a K&N , even if you use an outewear cover they are more likely to let dirt past them .

I've been very satisfied with the Twin Air filter I use in my RMZ 450.

They do flow more air but also some dirt .

i run Uni's dual filter.

i run the Twin Air filter kit with the billet cage that doesnt have a backfire screen for better flow. the air filter is dual layered and made to handle the backfire i havent had any problems. dont run the K&N i put one on, it sucked to get in the airbox and it never fit right so i pulled it before ever running the bike and went for the Twin Air.

I run Twin air in mine now, but I am going to definately change to a UNI filter

I have been running the NoToil and Fast3 filters for a few years now. No problems here.

Biggest reason is they are so easy to clean!
