CFR250r or CRF450r for 2 stroke250 rider???

Right now I ride a 97 rm250. I've been riding this bike for about a year and a half now and am looking to upgrade to something newer. I'm pretty set on getting a crf, but I can't decide on a year or if I should get a 250 or 450. I'm looking in the 2002-2006 range. I'm 160 lbs and ride hillclimbs, trails, and little bit of track and like to jump. Basically I need to find out if I will be satisfied with the power from a 4t 250 coming off a 2t 250... Any recommendations???

Yeah the only reason I was worried about the 450 was because of weight. But I did a little research last night and figured out that a lter model crf450 is only 5lbs heavier than my current bike, dry.

If your coming off a 250 2s, you'll be bored real quick with the 250 4s. My recommedation would be any Honda 450r '04 or newer.
