2003 WR250 Black box near fork...?

Hey all,
So I ended up getting that WR250 that I posted a thread about earlier today. I was just takin some pics of it and I noticed a small black box attached behind the right front fork. What's that?

think its the ignition box. That means you cannot break it and try to keep water off of it.

I looked in the manual, and it says its the CDI box. Without it , I think your bike will not get spark... Well its a nice looking bike though

Yeah I did the bright thing and looked in the manual as well 
It's the CDI box, it controls the ignition timing. So... problem solved.
And thanks, I think it looks pretty sweet too! I'm way excited about it.

hahaha seriously.. if i didnt figure it out, that would have been the next step. Probably the most costly one.

On second thought, it looks like a tracking device. Better rip her off and put it on someone elses bike.
