I've been riding dirt bikes on and off for a few years. I've always wanted one of my own, but never been able to afford one. Today, my friend was talking to his dad on the phone, and his dad asked to talk to me, then very randomly told me he was giving me a '97 CR250R. It's a very nice bike!

Is that awesome or what?!

Yea he's a 15 year old on a 250, just like me! {soon}
It helps that i'm a bit under 220#

I've ridden an XR200, and a KX125 prior to this bike. I weigh about 155. I realize that it's a little too much bike for me right now, but I'll get used to it.

It will put lead in your pencil, kid.

Posted by: Moose---------------------

Calling somebody older than himself, kid?

Posted by: loudandproud---------------------

Im 16 6'3 and about 220#

Im riding a 250 and it isnt to much for me.

In fact im looking for a 450.

Posted by: Moose---------------------

You weigh more than my 3 riding buddies who all ride 250's. You should be alright.

But they have also been riding for 20+ years.

I was referring to my experience in this field. Not my Age. Elliot, the only thing you do on this site is start problems. Like the thread with that kid dude in walmart? Sure, he is a huge loser, but you just HAD to come in and intervene.
