Come on now, you can do so much cool stuff with flash that is impossible (and unnecessary) any other way. Besides, were it not for Flash, we would still be assaulted with a tragic overload of gaudy Javascript stunts on a daily basis. A little is OK, but many designers have no restraint.

For the life of me, I can't believe One Industries (last time I looked) uses it. To me, if your product is crap, baffle 'em with BS... ie; a Flash site.

NO, NO, read again, flash is severely overused, as was Javascript. While I could create a flash site that meets your criteria, I don't have the inclination. It just isn't worth the time. Personally, I double my fees for flash, and I am straight about it from the start. I can do flash, but I don't like it. For small stuff (splash screens, etc) flash is OK, but to build a complete site with it is gimicky and screams "hey, look at me, I have nothing to say but I am pretty". Oh, take a look at the Thor website (thormx.com), it isn't nearly as obscene as most flash crap (but it still takes way to long to load).
