Yes, that was the factory racer which only a few were built. The model that was sold at the dealership was the RM370A in 1976 and the RM370B in 77. 78 saw the first RM400 which was based on the RM370B engine. 79 saw a completely new engine and frame for the RM400N. Before the RM370 came the TM400 in 71 through 75 and looked a little bit like the RH370 because of the down pipe. I hope this helps.

Cool, i was lookin to buy one of them if i found one, now i know why when i searched for the rn370 anywhere it would automatically switch the search to rm370. I have a 1977 Yamaha Dt250 and a Suzuki TS250 i think it is around a 1974. I want to get a Honda as well, and Ossa, and all the others. That would be so cool to have one of the actual Mugen Honda ME125, one of the 5 that were made.

I know what you mean. Sometimes, you have to recreate the bikes of your dreams. I'm building a 75 KX250SR replica which was the factory race bike. One piece at a time is the only way I can afford to do it and even at that, some of the project will have to be,"in the sprit of", as the parts were one off's.

Nice. I restored the DT250 a few years back, those engines seem to be pretty bulletproof. Not much power, but they always run. Im probably going to restore it again since all i did was paint stuff. Now i would get everything powdercoated / chromed. The TS250 is still in its original condition, the wiring is messed up. We havent touched that one yet. Im running a 1998 yz125. Just cleaned it up yesterday to get it ready for the complete engine rebuild.....
